Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal flotation devices (PFDs) that have been removed from original packaging
- Custom or special order paddles and parts
- Any items that show signs of use or damage not present at time of shipping

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend:
