Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your kayaks, paddle boards, and water sports gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging
- Return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personal flotation devices (PFDs) that have been removed from original packaging
- Custom or special order paddles and parts
- Any items showing signs of use or damage not present at time of shipping
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage with all original materials
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse using the provided address (trackable service recommended)

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credit issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
